  1. It would be a shame if you did not lose weight when these people are able to shed pounds so easily with "Fat Blast Formula" (check it out on Google).

  2. I just had laser lip… The real laser lipo. You don't seat under a light nor stand on some machine . I got my abdomen and inner thighs done. You notice results immediately . Down time 3 days! Worth every penny!

  3. so you spent an arm and a leg just for it not to even work? the 3 lbs and the 3 in came off from you starving yourself..no thanks

  4. It sounds to me like the laser lipo didn't do anything at all. If you've developed all those good habits on your own, you would have lost 2lb and 2" anyway.

  5. I think what she means is that she still wants to indulge once in a while without feeling like her life is OVAR FOREVAR if she so much as glances at sugar. That doesn't mean somebody doesn't care about their health. In fact, many health experts encourage indulging occasionally because people who swear off all indulgences usually gain back every ounce they lost and then some. In any case, there's no need to insult what seems like a perfectly kind young lady over it.

  6. 2 inches could have been lost by simply taking a 30 minute brisk walk on an empty stomach right in the morning and reducing your carbs in half. It would have saved you money and made you healthier. I have never heard of anyone losing more than 2-2.5 inches using Laser Lipo. Which they gain right back because they have't changed their habits.

  7. I think to be fair to this girl she has more than just the spare coupe of pounds – this process is meant for people with stubborn areas when they are fit people.

  8. hmmm…..I think "pushing" yourself away from the table would probably work just fine and going for a walk….."sugar" is the problem…..and this girl seems very nice and cute…but is over weight……laser lipo seems like a way to make a quick buck ….on a new fad

  9. you can do cools sculpting (cryolipolysis) which actually does kill them. keep in mind you still need some of those fat cells for health purposes. Do a cool sculpting the another Laser Lipo to finish them up (only if needed). the rest is up for diet and weight training.
